Cibona suffered another defeat in the Croatian National Championship on Sunday, when games of the 9th round were played. Two over-times has had to be played in the city derby against Zagreb which celebrated a big victory 79:78 at the end. Zadar was dominant on the road against Šibenka 81:64 while Split defeated Zagorje Tehnobeton 91:66. Dubrovnik was successful against Slavonski Brod 88:65. The league’s standing is as followed: Zadar 8-1, Cibona and Zagreb 6-3, Split 5-4, Dubrovnik 4-5, Šibenka and Zagorje Tehnobeton 3-6, Slavonski Brod 1-8.
In the 5th round of the Bosnian National Championship Bosna defeated Zrinjski Mik Company 92:72 while Banjalučka pivara celebrated the victory against Igokea 84:69. The game between Leotar and Široki Hercegtisak is scheduled for Sunday. The league's standing is as followed: Bosna 4-1, Široki Hercegtisak 4-0, Banjalučak pivara and Zrinjski Mik Company 2-3, Igokea 0-5.
