The last time FMP signed foreign players for the NLB League was in 2004/05 when Reggie Freeman, Levour Warren and John Strickland played the regional competition. Ever since FMP mostly built the team around the domestic players. Pnini was member of Hapoel Migdal in the previous season and participated in the ULEB Cup.
