The 29-year-old center (216 cm) was member of Fortitudo Bologna in the previous five seasons but played only 10 games in 2008/09 due to problems with injuries. Before moving to Bologna he was playing for Girona, Chicago Bulls and Olympiakos. Bagarić signed a one-year contract with Cibona.
