As it was to expect the big derby of the 10th round of Goodyear Legaue offered everything the fan may wish with the game being open until the very last minutes. At the end Union Olimpija had to admit the opponent was stronger on Sunday's evening but nonetheless it suffered its second defeat the team from Ljubljana stayed atop of the standing. The biggest drama, of course, was seen in Belgrade where Reflex defeated Zadar in the final minutes 75:73 mostly thanks to better percentage in making free throws in the final minute. Split made another good job which it has been waiting for nearly about a month since it achieved its first victory against Pivovarna Laško on October 16th. This time its victim was Šibenka and the victory was even sweeter for Split after celebrating it on the road. Many have been wondering what will happen with Crvena zvezda after spliting with the head-coach Zmago Sagadin. But Aleksandar Trifunović who is temporarly sitting on the bench did not allow Helios to surprise his team and achieve its first success of the season. Like the head-coach of Geoplin Slovan Jure Zdovc did everything to defeat Široki Hercegtisak at home and was very successful in his strategy – finishing the Saturday's evening with the first ever success of Slovan against Široki in Goodyear League.
