





In a road game in Bosnia-Herzgovina Maccabi Tel Aviv registered on Thursday night its 12th consecutive win in all three competitions with a 84-95 decision over the local team of Bosna Sarajevo. Maccabi trailed after 10 minutes 25-19 but then got the lead at halftime, 43-46, and after 30 minutes improved it to 60-66. The margin got bigger up to 12 points on the fouth quarter and Maccabi won by 11, to improve the record of Israeli teams against Bosna Sarajevo over the years to 10-6. 19-year-old guard Yotam Halperin was the leading scorer this time for Maccabi with 14 points, followed by Gur Shelef with 12, Nikola Vujcic 11, David Bluthenthal 10 and Derrick Sharp 9. Maccabi improves to 15-4 to lead the Adriatic League standings.
