The big Croatian derby between Cibona and Zadar was really the game fans could not complain about. There were a lot of slams, 3-pointers, attractive actions and above all more then 100 points on both sides and at the end it was Cibona which made most profit in the game. With the win it confirmed its place at the Final Four putting last year's Goodyear League's Champion Zadar in a very hard position in the standing.
Union Olimpija played just enough to defeat Split which this time played way beyond its level from the last couple of weeks. It was the first period Split only dictated the rhythm escaping for seven points, but then Union Olimpija went for it and soon turned the result. The guests threatened again in the last minutes reducing the margin to just three points (66:63) but did not succeed to make a step further in the last three minutes.
Crvena zvezda did not have many troubles reaching the 16th win of the season in the game with Banjalučka pivara and practically securing a place at the Final Four. It was also the debut for Crvena zvezda's player Slavko Vraneš, the biggest man in Serbia and Montenegro (230 cm), who was loudly cheered by the crowd. This time the hosts did not lack the energy on the court what was the case in the last two rounds and therefore Banjalučka pivara was kept out of any chance of reaching the win already from the beggining.
Reflex had more problems defeating Široki Hercegtisak then anybody expected as the game was tied until the 28th minute. The loss of concentration in the Široki's defense was then the key factor that gave the team from Beograd a push, which resulted in its first biggest advantage in the 32th minute (64:54). It is worth mentioning that Reflex is undefeated already 14 games in a row including ULEB Cup.
Although Lovćen still hasn't announce the new head-coach and is the last among 14 teams in Goodyear League it proved to be a tough nut in the game with Pivovarna Laško. The guests broke the opponent only in the last minute when Dončić was precise for 80:77 while Tošić missed two 3-pointers after that. That was a very important win for Pivovarna Laško which surprises everybody with temporarily the 4th position in the standing.
